Hmm…this is a hard one. I don’t know. I kind of like the dress but this confuses me. Maybe it is the hot pink lips and the white hair store hoops that are throwing me off. Yeah that’s it. Overall I’d give this look a 6. I am no expert but I do like the dress and the shoes. But the 80’s hair and makeup are doing her dirty.

Ahhh the refreshing days of Cleveland summers have been interesting to say the least. So far, I’ve noticed  that there is a lot of 80’s 90’s swagger jacking going on. PLEASE NOTE: JUST BECAUSE U SEE OTHERS DOING IT, DOES NOT MEAN ITS HOT…FOR EXAMPLE, a lot of men in Cleveland are doing the “Kid n Play” box…pause

More like embarrasing. I went to Lube Stop to get an oil change the other day and saw a guy with a V shaped box died blonde at the top....thats overboard. I mean I can’t just explain to my girls what my new “boo” looks like starting off with “he’s lightskin, he’s kind of tall, he has a box….

But to each its own, i guess…But anyways, here are the hottest trends floating around in Cleveland this summer.

Glasses with the Chain/Cord attached. lol. I know it sounds stupid but only the best can pull this look off. This is a look you should leave to the pros. Ya feel me? Rather Kanye is dressing Amber Rose or not the bitch is Hot and she can pull that off.

Another hot trend that I am seeing all over Cleveland right now is the return of plaid shirts. But not your typical “my uncle’s a plummer plaid shirt” LOL I’m talking about plaid with a little bit of flavor and a little bit sheer.

Also, we are all going a little too hard on the gladiator sandals or what I like to call “The Jesus Walks” lol aka “The 300s” aka “Slave masters”. These crept their way in a little at the end of last summer and worked there way back in this summer full force.

I bought these similar pair of sandals about a month ago. I couldn’t resist. They were just some cheap $3o shoes, and they went PERFECT with what I was wearing the day I saw them, so I bought them and changed my shoes in the dressing room.

So the other day I stopped in Uber Expensive US Hair in Euclid to pick up a new hair brush, and the first thing i see when I walk in is this hilarious $22 replica of Rick Ross’s chain. Ummm. Why would anyone buy this let alone actually wear it?! I Laughed so hard to mysef. Not only was it a Rick Ross Replica but if you look closely through the plastic, you will also see Plies’s Goon chain being sold in plastic right behind it.LMAO and SMH on th creators….Thats Effed up.

The Other day I was on my way to Giant Eagle on Chardon and to my surprise I saw a Pontiac Grand Prix with a wheel on the back…. Ummm. This is new..*pause*

And of course what is a F@#$% Up Friday without Cleveland’s West Side. On one of my random rides through the West Side of Cleveland aka Lil Puerto Rico..(luv them by the way), as I was getting on 90 from West 44, I see a car smashed into the divider and left alone. So either the car was stolen or someone doen’t have insurance. LMAO! random.

I HATE THESE PANTS!

So a while back, in January when I first saw these horrible pants trying to come back in the game. I cringed. I also thought that this would be a fluke and would bypass. But I guess I was wrong. I hate Harem Hammer Pants with a Passion. Some people say they are not for everyone. I say they are not for ANYONE!

and I am not sure what even is going on here…are these Hammer pants slightly?…or just a poor excuse of hiding a baby bump. J-Hud’s stylist has really been slipping lately. Call me girl. I can hook it up.  *2 snaps*

Yes it is all REAL! Finally another Cleveland native has made it mainstream and did not have to sell his soul to do so. Kid Cudi’s album is set to release sometime this summer along with his clothing line which many are anticipating. It is so great to see Cleveland making mainstream moves. There is hope, now only if the Cavs can bring us home that Gold in a few weeks (WHICH I AM 100% POSITIVE THEY WILL DO).  And who would have knew he co-wrote Kanye’s “Heartbreak” That’s MAJOR! Shoutout to Kid Cudi. Keep doing your thang and please, please, please, Keep “Cleveland is the reason” on the album! That is a must!

Okay So Since she is from Cleveland, She gets a pass…(F you, Cleveland all day. STAND UP!) Cheri Dennis was spotted at the Day26 album (which is hot by the way) release party. She is HOT! from the ankles up. lol. I love the hair and makeup. Everyone can’t pull off hot pink hair but I think it works for her. I love the dress because with the hair you wouldn’t think it goes but it actually gives her this punk rock type of feel although the dress would be could be formal if paired with other accessories.  But the  tennis shoe pumps and neon green toe nail polish threw me off a tad bit.
